This is the Reservations Contract. Please take these steps to make a vacation rental reservation.

  3. Click the Send Reservation button at the bottom of the form to submit your Reservations Contract online
  4. Sign the Reservations Contract you have printed
  5. Mail the signed Reservations Contract along with your nonrefundable deposit check to confirm your reservation

Terms and Conditions

Absolutely, No Rental Payments will be Refunded. If cancellation is for any reason including hospitalization, death in the family or a natural disaster such a Hurricane, an alternative week can be rescheduled at a later date. (Up to one year, from original reservation date.). No refunds will be made for outages of electricity, phone, broadband, satellite TV.

Payments made toward the cancelled reservation will be applied towards the rescheduled reservation, less a 10% rebooking fee. In submitting this Reservation Contract and the signing of your signature below, you are acknowledging and are in agreement with our No Refund/ Reschedule Only Policy and therefore waive any future refund rights including charge backs if reservation is paid through MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal or any other debit/credit card not mentioned here.

Note Our No Refund/ Reschedule Only Policy; No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

We highly recommend that you acquire travel and/or wedding insurance thru a replicable agency to cover any monetary losses you may incur due to unforeseen events or natural disasters. In signing this contract, I agree to release and hold harmless any and all parties involved with the rental, management and reservations of the property listed above and the owners and employees of said property and to release and hold harmless it's owners or representatives and the owners of the home for any loss or damage to personal property or for any injury/death. I take full responsibility for any and all other guests/friends/family members staying/visiting in the villa/property during my reservation.

  • If an original printed and signed Reservation Contract is not received within 7 days of the date this online reservation contract was submitted, the reservation will be rejected and the rental property will become available for any other interested parties at that time.

  • If paying with a credit card, the credit card must have the name of person who has booked the villa and signed the Reservation Contract. If more than one person will be paying by credit card, all names must be on Reservation Contract (as responsible for the reservation) and all signatures on the Reservation Contract.

Quick Deposit Information

Nonrefundable Deposit

  • A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the total is required by check, PayPal, or wire transfer to confirm a reservation. The remaining portion of the balance (50%) and the security deposit are due 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For reservations for major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and Easter) a 75% deposit is required and the remaining 25% balance must be paid 60 days in advance of arrival.

You can make a credit card payment or bank transfer using a free PayPal account, or send a check.

Use your credit card or bank account to send your payment using PayPal, safely and securely. Click the link below, or go directly to PayPal, create an account, go to "Send Money", then enter your deposit amount and our PayPal email address. A 5% convenience fee will be added by us to all PayPal transactions.

Nonrefundable deposit check must be made payable as follows:

    • If you are reserving Villa Sarita, Villa Umaki-Ha, Villa Can-Teena, Palapa Papa Jack and Villa Tortuga make your check payable to:

    • If you are reserving any other property, make your check payable to:

    • Write your reservation date and villa name on the check and be sure to include a signed copy of the Reservations Contract.
    • Important Note: It may be necessary for two separate checks if you are reserving more than one villa.
    • Checks must be written in US Dollars.
  • Checks made incorrectly will be returned and may cause the loss of your reservation.
  • If you prefer, please contact us for wire transfer information for our bank.
